Last updated 25 September 2026. This notice describes information submitted through this website and how it is used to respond to a case assessment request.

Information we collect

If you request an assessment, the form collects your name, email address, phone number, jurisdiction, type and date of incident, amount lost, and the account of what happened that you choose to provide. The submission also includes your IP address and a shortened description of your browser. Please do not send passwords, wallet seed phrases, private keys, or identity documents in the initial form.

How we use it

We use this information to review your enquiry, contact you about the case, assess whether further investigation may be practical, manage correspondence, and protect the form from misuse. Sending the form does not create a client engagement. Any further work requires a separate agreement.

Where the submission goes

The form sends information through Zapier to a Google Sheets record used for handling enquiries. Our hosting provider and those service providers may process data in countries outside your own. If your case proceeds, we may need to share relevant information with professional advisers or authorities as described in a separate engagement or with your instructions. We do not ask for wallet credentials.

Storage and your choices

We retain enquiry information for case handling and recordkeeping, then delete or anonymise it when no longer needed, subject to applicable obligations. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you submitted by contacting us. We may ask you to verify your identity before responding.

Website services

This website loads fonts from Google. Your browser may send technical information to Google when requesting those fonts. Your hosting provider may also process technical logs needed to deliver the site and maintain security.
