What it costs

No retainer, no hourly billing, and nothing to pay if nothing is returned. Court filing, courier and exchange admin costs are itemised in advance and capped at 2.5%. You sign a written engagement letter before we start, showing every term.

We will never

1. i.Contact you first. If someone says they're from CyberArk Technologies and reached out to you, it isn't us.
2. ii.Ask for a fee, tax or "release payment" before funds are returned.
3. iii.Ask to be paid in crypto or gift cards.
4. iv.Ask you to install remote-access software or share a seed phrase by email or chat.
5. v.Guarantee that your funds will be recovered.

Recovery scams often target people who have already been defrauded. If anything feels wrong, report it to Action Fraud (UK) or the FBI's IC3 (US).
